Copenhagen-based Light is building an AI-native finance platform that automates accounting, reporting and general-ledger work, aiming to replace the legacy ERP systems that fast-growing companies quickly outgrow.

It targets multi-entity, international businesses whose finance operations are too complex for older tools. The company reported roughly 30x growth in the year leading into its Series A.

It is part of a broader push to rethink core back-office software around AI from the ground up.
